After working as a corporate officer for an insurance carrier, my position was eliminated, and I found myself looking at what I wanted to do for the rest of my career.  I started attending Insurance conferences and speaking to insurance executives about what pain points they were experiencing.  Through those conversations, I found a niche that was perfect for my passion and experience.  I have been consulting for insurance carriers that are looking to improve their Customer Experience as well as technology companies that are looking to get into the insurance marketplace. My business was growing steadily, and I decided to incorporate.
